Not sure if you'll see this but here are the two things that have made it absurdly easy for me to hit 3000 calories per day: 1) minimum 4 glasses of milk throughout the day (pints. 1 pint = about 480 ml = 300 calories) and 2) oatmeal in the morning (I make 4 cups, which comes to 600 calories. Right there the milk and oats give me 1800.
